This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on owehome.com. Please review the information below before completing your purchase.

Shipping Regions & Restrictions

We currently ship to:
– United States (including Alaska & Hawaii)
– Canada

We do not ship to:
– P.O. Boxes
– APO / FPO / military addresses
– Other non-physical addresses
– U.S. Remote Areas (except Alaska & Hawaii)

The following US regions are unavailable for delivery:
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• American Samoa
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• Northern Mariana Islands
• Federated States of Micronesia
• Marshall Islands
• Palau

Some oversized or large furniture items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada due to carrier limitations. Please contact us for help if an order cannot be fulfilled based on destination.

Shipping – Contiguous United States

– Free Economy Shipping on orders USD $100 and above
– USD $8.99 Economy Shipping on orders under USD $100
Estimated transit time:
– Economy Shipping: 4–7 business days

Shipping – Alaska, Hawaii & Canada

– Shipping fees for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are calculated at checkout based on real-time shipping rates
– Shipping costs may vary depending on destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected shipping service

Alaska & Hawaii Orders:
– Estimated transit time: 3 business days by FedEx 2 Day Express Freight

Canada Orders:
– Economy International Shipping: 5–10 business days
– Duties and import taxes are covered by us

Oversized Items & Furniture Shipping (Contiguous United States Only)

Some oversized or multi-box items may be subject to a USD $48.99 freight surcharge based on shipping requirements.
For LTL Premium Delivery and other freight shipments, customers must provide a valid phone number and email address for delivery scheduling.

Processing & Scheduling

LTL orders are processed as soon as possible and typically ship within 5–10 business days. If you will be unavailable during the delivery window, please reply to our email before dispatch to request a delay.

Delivery Inspection

Inspect all items with the driver present before signing the POD (Proof of Delivery). Any visible carton damage must be clearly noted as “DAMAGED” by the driver on the POD. If the product is severely damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

Shipping Accuracy & Liability Disclaimer

Many carriers do not allow address changes once a package has been shipped. Please carefully double-check your shipping information before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from carrier errors, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect / incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
